Do you know who the most powerful Chinese superhero is?
That's Sun Wukong — the Monkey King. He was born from a magical stone that had existed since the start of the world. Fearful of mortality, he started training with a Daoist master. He unlocked god-tier abilities — strength like Superman, speed like Flash, clones like Naruto, and a weapon like Thor’s hammer, which only he can raise.
The real gods mocked Sun Wukong as nothing more than a stone monkey. In his rage, he tore through Heaven. He declared that everybody could be the emperor, and it would be his turn next year.
Buddha pinned him under his palm for 500 years, until a monk freed him. They teamed up with a pig, a man-eating monster, and a dragon-turned horse to begin their journey to the west.
In the end, Sun Wukong achieved immortality not only in the story but also in our memory.
